it's like don't use the same scrub brush using on your wheels to use on the paint because you will scratch up your paint. there are wheel cleaners that are available. they just concentrate on getting that off. make sure if you're getting wheel cleaner, it says all wheel cleaner or clear coat. if you get the wrong kind it can take the clear coat off your wheels. >> what's the best way to go about actually washing the car? >> sure. when you wash your car, first of all, you don't want it too hot. the body is hot it's going to want to dry quick, all your soap will be dried on. >> first thing in the morning is the time to do it. >> perfect time. when you wash start at the top, soft sponge like this. you don't want to go in sirc klgs. that could cause swirl marks. the wax on, wax off stuff, that's for wax, not washing the car. you want to go long, long ways like this. when you go to dry the car -- >> do you air dry it or use a rag? >> you actually want to dry it yourself. if you let it dry itself or drive around the block, you'll wind up with marks on the car from the soap. so get something nice
